How do I subscribe?

First you create an account and then you can see a button that says ‘Become a Subscriber’ in the top menu, this link takes you to the subscription page. There you can see the overview of subscription packages we have, you choose one that fits your business, or you can always contact us if you think you need something different or advice on which package to choose. Once you have chosen a package, you go to the payment portal which is managed by Stripe. If you have any doubts you can always contact us at repero@repero.me and we can help you through it.

Is the system free?

Yes, you can use Repero for free and no credit card is needed to sign up. But we do have some features that are restricted and are only available to paying users. For example sending SMS and Emails to customers and uploading more than 1 photo for repairs and products and more features. Additionally customisable emails and SMS are only available for the Business, Premium and Ultimate plans along with more features.

Can I upload data to Repero from another repair management system?

Yes, if you are coming to Repero from another ticketing system and you already have data that you want to keep working with, you can upload it to Repero. You can upload your clients, repairs and inventory.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes of course, you can easily cancel your subscription, with no extra fees. You stop paying as soon as you remove your subscription. Then you can always subscribe again.

Can I use Repero for phone repairs?

Yes, Repero is a repair shop software that can be used for whichever products you repair. We have all kinds of shops using the system like for example, phone repairs, computer repairs, bicycle repairs, electronic repairs, car repairs, homegoods repairs, camera repairs and instrument repairs.

Does the system work for mobile repair shops?

Yes, as long as you have internet, you can use Repero. We have many clients that have mobile repairs services and use Repero on their phone on the go.

Can I backup my repairs?

We make sure your repairs are always backed up and as safe as possible but you can always download a CSV file from the system that allows you to store your information locally.

Can I use Repero on my phone or tablet?

Yes, Repero is repair management system that is designed so you can use it on your phone, laptop, desktop computer or tablet.

Can I use Repero in my own language?

Yes, currently it is possible to use Repero in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Norwegian and Icelandic. If your language is not one of those you can contact us and help us with the translations so you can use it in the language you prefer.

I already have a large inventory of products, do I have to upload each item one by one?

No, we have a bulk upload feature. So if you have an Excel document, or similar, you can upload your inventory all in one go.
