You can now create Quotes inside a repair ticket, or standalone Quotes.
You can send your customers emails that include a link for them to Accept or Decline the Quote.
In the Quote and Invoice settings you can automatically create a new Quote or an Invoice every time you create a new repair.
In the custom emails there is a new variable {{quote_links}} to include the 'Accept / Decline' links in emails if you want to offer that to your customers.
