Send your customers Quotes!

You can now create Quotes inside a repair ticket, or standalone Quotes.

You can send your customers emails that include a link for them to Accept or Decline the Quote.

In the Quote and Invoice settings you can automatically create a new Quote or an Invoice every time you create a new repair.

In the custom emails there is a new variable {{quote_links}} to include the 'Accept / Decline' links in emails if you want to offer that to your customers.

Example Quote to Invoice workflow

  1. Create a Quote and add the materials and cost
  2. Email the quote to the customer
  3. Customer Accepts (or declines) the Quote
  4. You can convert the Quote to an Invoice and work on the repair
